WASHINGTON, D.C. — October 5, 2026 — The conversations that move electronics sustainability forward don't stop, and now neither does the eSummit. Through eSummit360, the gathering for leaders across the electronics value chain now runs all year, giving them an ongoing place to connect, collaborate, and work on real challenges as active participants, not just an audience.

Virtual content and the annual in-person eSummit work together to keep the community connected throughout the year. A webinar series is underway, and registration is now open for eSummit27,  March 8-10, 2027, at the Omni Tempe at ASU in Tempe, Arizona.

The conversation doesn't stop

eSummit360 is always on, from the webinar series to working groups and fireside chats. Current episodes cover enterprise ITAD contracting, supply chain transparency, and electronics repairability, with new topics coming throughout the year. The current schedule and registration are at www.electronicssummit.org/esummit360.

eSummit27 brings those conversations together in person. Over two-plus days, leaders tour facilities, dig into shared issues in roundtables and working groups, and meet face to face with peers from across the value chain. The goal is simple: leave with relationships, strategies, and clarity that participants didn't have when they arrived. Everything that builds all year accelerates in Tempe.

Champions support the vision

SERI is proud to recognize Blackbelt360, eBay, Lenovo, re:Cycle Reverse Logistics (an Amazon company), and Sims Lifecycle Services as eSummit360 Champions. These Champions of electronics sustainability help make eSummit360's year-round programming possible, including the in-person eSummit.

"The eSummit360 Champions are forward-thinking organizations that see the value in bringing leaders across the electronics value chain together to solve the challenges standing in the way of sustainable outcomes," said Corey Dehmey, Chief Executive Officer at SERI. "They're investing their time and resources in the collective action it takes to move the industry forward."

No single sector runs this show

SERI's role as a neutral convener is what makes the eSummit possible: no single sector runs the room, and the agenda is built around challenges the industry actually needs to solve. OEMs, ITAD providers, recyclers, policymakers, and NGOs share the same table to expand the opportunities and address the problems the electronics value chain is facing now, and that are on the horizon. The eSummit creates dedicated space and time to work on those issues together, across organizational boundaries, with the people who can move the needle.

At the last in-person eSummit, more than 450 people from 260+ organizations attended, and more than half were owners, C-suite executives, VPs, or directors. Since the first eSummit in Austin, Texas, in 2024, eSummit has brought together more than 480 organizations and more than 120 speakers from different points in the electronics lifecycle.

What to expect in Tempe

eSummit27 opens Monday, March 8 with facility tours (space is limited) and the Welcome Reception. Tuesday and Wednesday are full conference days: mainstage sessions, breakouts, roundtables, and working groups, plus the R2 Leadership Series. Wednesday closes with a reception, the Industry Awards, and the Repair-Off, eSummit's hands-on repair competition.

"We built eSummit360 because the challenges aren’t isolated to just a few days a year, so the conversations shouldn’t be either. When we bring perspectives from across the whole industry together, it’s incredible how much progress we can make," said Jeff Seibert, Chief Development Officer at SERI. "People from every part of the value chain bring different experiences, solutions, and thinking, and we need all of them to find answers as an industry. Being in-person accelerates that. We can't wait to see what comes out of the room in Tempe."

Launch pricing and registration

Launch pricing of $799, the lowest rate SERI will offer, is available through November 2, after which the rate increases to $1,299. Registration includes all eSummit sessions, meals, and receptions. The Omni Tempe at ASU sits steps from ASU's campus, Tempe Town Lake, and a walkable downtown.
